Traffic-Cycler.com provides a unique system where any member, can earn or purchase advertising from us and/or earn money by purchasing a advertising spot(s) in our forced Traffic-Cycler.
We give all of our members the opportunity to both advertise and earn commissions on their personal referrals and position in the Traffic-Cyclers, provided they meet the minimum requirements listed below.
All members can qualify to earn a 10% referral commission on their personal referrals each and every time their personal referrals purchase a advertising spot in our forced Traffic-Cycler.
To receive these referral commissions a member must have purchased a advertising spot(s) in the Traffic-Cycler.
Free members will have referral commissions credited to their account, but will not be able to receive these payments until the free member has purchased a advertising spot(s) in our Traffic-Cycler.
Viewing advertisements is OPTIONAL. You DO NOT have to view advertisements to receive commission payments or to receive payments for advertising spots purchased. You may surf and earn credits at your member level or purchase credits to advertise your site(s).
To participate in our forced Traffic-Cycler a advertiser must purchase a $10 advertising spot. To continue to earn on your advertising spot, a advertiser must purchase a $10 advertising spot once every thirty days. If a new advertising spot is not purchased within the thirty day period, all advertising spots will not earn until a new advertising spot is purchased.
Minimum payout request is $15.00
Traffic-Cycler will pay payout request as fast as possible. Due to shear business volume and site popularity please allow up to 3 business days after payout request has been made to receive payment.
Members agree and understand that there is NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS WHATSOEVER, and Traffic-Cycler.com makes no claims of potential earnings. Traffic-Cycler.com IS NOT AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY, and makes no claims to be such. We are an advertising traffic exchange and as such deliver website traffic to our members based upon the advertising they purchase. Traffic-Cycler.com reserves the right to alter, modify or discontinue any portion of our earnings program at anytime with or without notice.
Members may only view and or earn credits the for their member level per 24 hour period.
Members may NOT open multiple accounts. Members found to have multiple accounts whether through ip addresses, e-mail addresses or Solid Trust Pay, AlertPay or Liberty Reserve accounts will have their membership deleted along with all purchased advertising and earnings without notice.
Payment Processing:-
Traffic-Cycler.com reserves only a small percentage of our revenue for operating expenses such as server fees, programming fees, Bonus rewards and administration fees. All members understand and agree that, if the funds are kept with these payment processors and not withdrawn by Traffic-Cycler.com administration team, we cannot be obligated for these funds because we never received any money directly from you. We reserve the right to reduce the member account levels if such an unlikely event occurs. Members understand and agree with our policy to direct all questions directly to these payment processors. You have sent them money and they are obligated to return it to you.
Traffic-Cycler.com uses AlertPay.com, SolidTrustPay.com and PayPal.com for processing incoming payments and for outgoing payments. These companies have a proven track record of handling both merchants and users in a fair and equitable manner.
Charge Backs:-
Member understands and agrees that, in the event of a charge back, Traffic-Cycler.com reserves the right to reduce the member cycler spot(s) or hold any earnings incurred due to the 'increase' of the member level. Traffic-Cycler.com also reserves the right to suspend an account if the money from a charge back is not returned to us. Member understands and agrees that when a charge back occurs, the payment processor(s) will debit the money from our account, which is held in trust by them. When this happens, we do not receive any money, and thus reserve the right to reduce the account level reflecting the funds which were not received by us.
Fraud:-
Member understands and agrees that, in the event of a security breach, Traffic-Cycler.com reserves the right to reduce the member level or hold any earnings incurred due to the 'increase' in members cycler spot(s).
Traffic-Cycler.com makes every effort to ensure the security of the payment process, but in the event of a security breach, or "Hacking" event, Traffic-Cycler.com shall be held harmless for funds not received, and will not be held liable to make restitution for funds mis-appropriated, redirected, or stolen from user.
Refunds:-
Due to the digital nature of our advertising delivery system no refunds are applicable since your product is delivered immediately upon payment. Furthermore, advertisers understand and agree that they are required by these terms of service to notify Traffic-Cycler.com's contact system prior to requesting a refund and/or resolution of dispute. Failure to comply with this policy is grounds for immediate termination of your account.
Money-Back Guarantee Policy:-
Member understands and agrees that Traffic-Cycler.com shall refund any advertiser who fails to receive the advertising credits which they purchased within 24 hours of purchase. There will be no refunds issued in conjunction with any non-payment of earnings or potential earnings.
Purchasing Ad Buys:-
Member understands and agrees that all money collected through the Traffic-Cycler.com website is for the expressed purpose of advertising a specific advertisment to our advertisers, and that they are PURCHASING advertising credits in the amount of their member level and that once advertising credits are delivered upon completion of your transaction all revenue collected, becomes the sole property of Traffic-Cycler.com.YOU ARE NOT INVESTING.
Member understands and agrees that any transactions processed through the Traffic-Cycler.com website are e-commerce transactions for the sole purpose of exchanging money for specific goods or services.
Withdraw Fees:-
Traffic-Cycler.com does NOT charge a maintenance fee and/or withrawal fee on any member accounts for withdrawal services. Traffic-Cycler.com reserves the right to charge a 2% fee for any member accounts it deems to require extra time and maintenance.
Appropriate and Permitted Use of the Traffic-Cycler.com Website:-
Members may not, under any circumstances, use this Traffic-Cycler.com website to contribute, post or transmit any material of an infringing, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, libellous, inflammatory,
obscene, indecent, pornographic, profane nature that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.

Members can advertise their Ad URL on this Traffic-Cycler.com web site as a free member. There is no need, nor is it mandatory for any member to increase their account level. Once you create an account with us, you become a Traffic-Cycler.com advertiser. You can be sure that your web site is exposed to numerous people. Even if you don't have your own website, you can submit other websites. You will be using your Advertising credits to get traffic for other websites. For more detailed information and costs of purchasing Banners,Home Page advertising or additional credits please see our Traffic-Cycler.com web site. Exception: Certain Websites Cannot be Submitted to View. Member understands and agrees that web sites can not be included if they break frames, as this would cause members to have to restart their surfing session, which is troublesome and time consuming. However, a site can be included if it can be modified to not break frames. Web sites with
adult content, offensive material, auto installers, hate, war mongering, frame freezer, rotator, redirect, dialers, subscription email, multiple or viral pop-ups are absolutely prohibited and not acceptable. Member understands and agrees that some web sites that use a free host may be prohibited. This is because many such free-host sites have been abused in the past, forcing us to ban them. Consequently, if your url looks like yourname.yourhost.com or yourhost.com/yourname you may experience difficulties submitting your site. All members will have to have their sites approved by the administration before they are submitted to the rotation. All advertisers are urged to use the Abuse Report link on the View Ad Buys Top Bar to report any site that is in violation of our Policy. Please provide the site # and URL if possible.
Penalties for violating this policy:-
Advertisers understand and agree that submitting sites which are in violation of our Policy will be dealt with by management. Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated and their web site(s) banned for breaking these terms and conditions/policies forfeiting all revenue generated. We wish to make Traffic-Cycler.com a pleasant and enjoyable place and ask members to respect other members rights.
Reactivation:-
Any member who breaches these terms and conditions and is terminated or has their site banned may, in rare situations, have their site reactivated. This decision is made at the management level and would be at Traffic-Cycler.com management's sole discretion.
Allocating Credits:-
Credits will manually allocated to the Ad URL you specify. Once Traffic-Cycler.com has confirmed your Ad URL your credits will immediately begin to be used to display your ad.
Using Your Allocated Credits:-
Traffic-Cycler.com has several members using the surf bar at any given time. Member understands and agrees that, if you allocate 50 credits to one web site, once your site is shown, several members will see your web site immediately, and you will have used up several credits at that time, meaning you can easily use up your credits within a short time period.
Taxes:-
Traffic-Cycler.com does not charge any taxes. Member understands and agrees that you are responsible to report and pay any and all tax requirements in your national, state or local jurisdiction.
Traffic-Cycler.com will not tolerate any form of tax evasion or other unlawful activity related to member tax liabilities. We highly recommend that members discuss any tax-related questions with a tax professional in members jurisdiction.
Ownership & Use of Traffic-Cycler.com's Materials,Intellectual Property Rights:-
The Traffic-Cycler.com website, including its design, text, content, graphics, images, logos, navigation tools,and software are the exclusive property of Traffic-Cycler.com and are protected under all applicable laws protecting intellectual property, including copyright and trademark laws of the nation of USA, per the Governing Law provision of this Agreement. We will never request your password, name, address, or other such personal information by e-mail.
